Orders are not considered dispatched until they have been handed to the courier and tracking has been issued.

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, including GPS, photographic, or signature confirmation where available

After confirmed delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery location is secure and accessible
  • Monitoring tracking updates and responding to courier requests

We are not liable for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failure to respond to courier contact
  • Delivery instructions that result in loss or theft

9. Missed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is:

  • Not collected
  • Refused
  • Returned due to customer error

  • Charge additional shipping fees for redelivery
  • Deduct shipping and return costs from any refund

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Customers must cooperate fully with any investigation.

We reserve the right to decline claims where:

  • The claim is inconsistent with courier data
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

Delays

11. Courier Responsibility

12. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received.


13. Fraud Prevention
